Since college is the place where one tries to hone the skills so in that way there are many bands that are formed with the help of the friends. My Hero is one such group with many talented artists within the group. The members are very much passionate about music and they always try to make something new so that they can gift it to their fans. Their liking for music developed in their High School when they participated in different talent hunt competitions and they secured second position in few of them. In this way the band which had two or three members in the initial years started participated in different competitions in colleges and especially girl’s college so that they can draw a major portion of the youth crowd. Gradually they became a known face among the college circle and in this way they later moved to public events where they had put up their performance. In the beginning they performed at pubs and restaurants. People liked their performance and praised them and in this way they made their foray into the world of entertainment like the radio which made them a much more common name among the masses.

With the spreading of the internet, it has become very easy to download music whenever and where ever you want to and in this way pop music online USA has become popular in today’s world. Very talented Indian pop music AKA The Gadget Guy

Classical Music is not as popular today as it used to be. It has been around for hundreds of years and it is the oldest type of music out there. There are different types of classical music such as Medieval, Romantic and contemporary classical. Many people who listen to classical music have a deep appreciation for the music and the composer. They do not know why they are mesmorized by the sounds and how it makes them feel. Classical music is very complex in nature. It does not have just one or two chords throughout the whole score. Classical music consists of many instruments or one instrument in a song. It takes on various sounds and feelings. It is not just soft sounding as many people think; many compositions are complex, dark and mysterious.

Many people often think of listening to classical music in a restaurant with a bottle of wine and in the company of friends and or family or that it is just for high-society people. But there are some to enjoy listening to it most when they are alone. Classical music is played a lot on public radio stations and there are also places on the internet where you can listen to it as well. There are many composers with CD’s that you can buy from a retail store. Do not forget about the wonderful orchestra concerts out there too! Not many people will appreciate classical music when they first hear it, and sometimes it is because listening to classical music is not what they are used to listening to. If you take the time to learn about classical music, what it is about, how it is written and why, you will grow a deeper feeling and appreciation for this type of music.

Classical music can also reduce stress and blood pressure. It is compiled of high-frequency sounds and it is said by some studies that these sounds re-energize the cortex of the brain and it stimulates health. Most popular music today operate on low-frequency sounds. These low-frequencies give you the opposite effect and make you feel down. Classical music is also extremely beneficial for pregnant women. Studies have shown that playing classical music for your unborn child has great benefits to him or her. While a child is in the womb, they hear a variety of sounds with many different rhythms. When outside of the womb, there have been reports of people who have remembered hearing that music, but they do not just hear it. It is said that they are able to understand the music as well.

No matter what type of music you listen to now on any FM radio stations, whether it is pop, rock or rap, chances of that music staying the same and being around for the next couple hundred years are very slim. That music is always changing; but at that time, you will still be able to hear the beautiful sounds of an orchestra or a single instrument playing new or timeless classics.

Music has no boundaries and it does not have its own limits. In fact it is the one thing that does not require any language of its own. It only has its own rhythm and divines. The songs cross all the cultural and the linguistic boundaries so that it could amalgamate all together.

The Hero Music group was formed with the intention of making music the heartbeat of all its listeners and to eradicate all the linguistic, social and the cultural boundaries. It was formed with initially two members who were really passionate about their music. They made up songs for each and every occasion and the songs are so funny that that they would just have a silly meaning attached with them. They had song for all the occasions and hence those funny songs were really situational.

Slowly they planned for forming their own group and started performing in pubs and other social places where they can have access to a much larger audience. In this way we slowly became a familiar face and people started knowing our name. They felt so much happy that they are making a mark in the pop music field. After much struggle they launched their first Pop Music Album and it eventually lead to the launching of the second one.

They secured the 2nd position in the competition and it was then that they decided that they will continue writing songs for the band. It was then that they formed the band Non Pareilyx which means that the group is unparallel and completely unique in their approach and presentation. They teamed up with friends and searched for the girls and met a few of them at the private school. They used to move around like nomads bouncing around from couch and couch to trying to finish school and dreamed of being the USA Music Artists group. It was during this time that they met various other groups who were also trying to create a name for themselves in the music industry. Their passion for music and word play formed a bond and it was only with this much of zeal within themselves that formed their own music group and till this day it is almost completely inseparable.

Today they are many music bands available in the industry and it is really a tough competition that they have to maintain to survive in the industry. The band is really trying hard to make a name for themselves in the USA Music Artists. The artists are really talented and they are really struggling hard to mark a name for themselves. In the initial years they had to struggle a lot to make a name for themselves and there were not much people who would help them and but they did not lose their confidence. Rather it gave him much more energy and it was the madness for zeal that helped them in escalating up the ladder of the music industry.

Rock and Roll music is arguable one of the most famous music not only in the United States but also in the whole world.  Rock and roll music developed in the United States in the 1940s and the 1950s and can be traced to rhythm and blues, country music, folk and gospel music, and jazz music. Led Zeppelin and the Hollies are some of the most famous bands in rock music.  They have made various contributions to the development of the rock and roll music. Unlike Zeppelin, The Hollies is one of the few English bands of 1960s that has remained together and continue to record new songs. The band was originally formed by Allan Clarke who led vocals, guitar and harmonica, Graham Nash leading guitar and vocals, Jeremy Levine a guitarist, Erick Haydock who led bass and Don Rathbone who was a drummer. However, the band has attracted other new members in the course of time. Comparing Steve Miller and the Eagles

Steve Miller band was is one of the most adored American rock bands. It was formed in 1967 in San Francisco under the leadership of Steve Miller who is a leading guitarist and vocalist. The band was formed when John Boylan who was the manager to Linda Ronstadt recruited Glenn Frey, Bennie Leadon, and Randy Meisener as musicians to back up Ronstadt. After a tour with Ronstadt through which they met drummer Don Henley, they formed their own band. The band was therefore formed by Glenn Frey leading vocals, guitars, keyboard, synthesizer, and harmonica; Bernie Leadon leading vocals, guitars, banjo, and mandolin; Don Henley leading vocals, drums, percussion, guitar, synthesizer; and Randy Meisner leading vocals, bass and guitar. Some of their best know singles including Take it easy, Witchy women, Peaceful easy feeling, Tequila sunrise, and many others. They broke up in 1980 but reunited back in 1994 and in 2003 they released The Very Best of the Eagles which is their greatest hits album. The Best of Country Music

Making, performing and releasing music may sometimes feel like labour of love – why sometimes we are even expected to pay to play gigs. Yet so much cost can be involved: equipment, instruments, recordings, studying, coaching/music lessons..not forgetting the hours we put in for composition, practice, marketing and promotion. And we can’t expect the world to owe us something (or a lot) for what we choose or need to do. It’s survival of the fittest, right? The strongest music gets the income.

Well the strongest and/or most popular music may get most of the income and the big bucks. But they are not necessarily the only ones making money with music. OK I may not be talking millions or new cars or houses here. But small amounts of revenue can be accrued by the most lightly active musicians. If you perform gigs at live music venues, release or sell your own music or get play on less mainstream radio shows you can still make some money with music.

Of course there is a few things you need to do first to make sure the world is aware of you music. I will cover the UK here as this is what I know of living and publishing independent music here. You need to join the bodies PRS For Music and the PPL (Phonographic Performance Ltd). You then register any recordings and releases (if you do not have a label to do this for you) with the PPL and acquire ISRC’s for each track. An ISRC is a unique code for each released recording and needs to be included in the metadata during the mastering process. Ask the mastering engineer to include them or research this further if you are mastering your own material.

If you are playing live shows at your local pub, even at an open mic event you can still be making a bit of money with your music and claiming music royalties. By joining the PRS in the UK you can claim for each performance in a venue that is registered with a PRS music license. There is a PRS license sticker in the window of these places and ask the manager if they are licensed. Most of the time they have to be ? even sandwich shops and hairdressers have to have licenses to play music in public. Which has it’s pros and cons I know, but as a musician you can take a share of the moneys allocated by registering your tracks/setlist even if it was a small gig with very few audience members.

If you do send your music to radio stations and shows that are likely to like and play your music. Then you may very well get a some airplay and this can also accumulate. I have enjoyed some nice payments from the PPL here in the UK. They are free to join and take a small percentage from music royalties they claim for you. And they hunt them down internationally. Research radio stations that may specialise in your music ? I make quite unique or weird creative music and still find enough outlets to play and support my independent music. For example, my most recent independent album Til You’re No Longer Blinkered received repeated airplay on a BBC Radio Lancashire programme called On the Wire and John Peel inspired internet station Dandelion Radio (who repeat programs so perhaps multiply the PRS/PPL income?).

Third party companies such as Sentric Music can make this process a lot easier as they are free to join and claim music royalties for you. As payment they take a small percentage from music royalties they claim for you, and their registering system is a lot more straightforward and accessible than I have found by going directly to PRS site. You just let them know when your music is played on any radio show you know about and tell them of any live shows with set list. They also send out regular requests for music for adverts for TV etc. Now that is can be artist’s dream that can come true music royalties wise.

Finally selling your independent music yourself has surely never been easier. Sites like CD Baby and Bandcamp mean you can offer your independent albums and singles at whatever price you like. And you receive most of the income. Through CD Baby you can also get your music onto the likes of iTunes and Spotify which can mean more listens, sales and royalties. On Bandcamp you can give away your music for free or set a price to pay per download/item purchase. Alternatively, you can set a minimum amount. I tried this out and it worked very well for my latest independent album. I offered the limited edition CD for £8 minimum. A few people offered to pay £20 and one crazy supportive person expressed their appreciation with £25!

So we can’t all be making loads of money from our music but you could be missing out on some moneys you are due. You could actually make quite a bit of money from your music. I have only shared a few avenues of revenue I know of and reap rewards from making my creative music. It can be straightforward and could be a surprising amount.
